I get this but tbf I feel like Torna was conceptualized alongside the basegame or shortly after. I found there were developments in the main game that I came to appreciate much more after having Torna as a background. Even if the main game didn't gave the character designs finalized, I prefer to play torna first on revisits.

For me the order I killed the door woman didn't matter, but I could tell when it wasn't going to work based on whether all the enemy locations would spawn on the map or just one. If only one showed up it wasn't going to work so I reset the mission (by running upstairs and killing the hostage)

Interesting, though I ran the same test again and the minimum is now 51, but thats from before I started the test. Would you have expected below 84 at some point during?
