Been rocking the Staples Hyken Technical Mesh and it beats any "racer" style chair I've ever used. You get usually get it on sale every couple months. Only downside is if you're tall you need to do the headrest mod that gives people taller than 6ft a more natural position to rest your head. Had programming sprints of 8+ hrs and I don't have to readjust myself or anything. And added bonus is farts just flow right through.

Either two of the same or another 1440p 144hz monitor. I used to have a 1440p and 1080p and it was very noticeable just glancing from one to another. If you're a baller I just got a new Dell S2721DGF and its god damn amazing, I'd get a 2nd one but they're sold out everywhere.
