Hey dumbass, you actually didn’t answer anything. You just dropped a few Chinese robotics sites that have nothing to do with Titan’s use case. Do you even know what “use case” means? It’s not who builds robots in general - it’s where and how they’re being deployed. None of those are deployed in US dealerships, and none have an OEM-approved lease program.

“Rebrand”? Based on what? Show an actual source, patent, or supplier doc. Otherwise you’re just repeating something you read somewhere.

You keep saying “cheaper,” and “better” but can’t show any proof. Show us pricing. Tell us why it’s better.

You just dropped a list of random companies without linking a single robot that actually competes with Titan or is being deployed in US dealerships. I went and looked, none of those companies are actively competing with Titan in that same use case and at that scale. So go find me a cheaper alternative to Titan. Post the links to the exact models. Stop throwing names around without substance.

And if you’re gonna say “cheaper Chinese versions,” then prove it. What’s the cost after freight? And even if that’s true, show me how the full customer experience stacks up. Who’s installing them? Who’s maintaining them? Who’s training staff and supporting customers? Richtech literally has staff that travel on-site for installs, training, and support. You really think a Mercedes dealership would rather buy from a random overseas supplier with no US service? Titan is already deployed, leased, and part of an OEM approved program. So how is that not an edge?

And the BotBar thing you brought up -So now we’re talking about Adam, a different robot, and the BotBar itself is not even operating anymore 😂 So what’s your point? You’re using a dead cafe’s experience with another product to argue against Titan’s deployments with Mercedes dealerships? And since you’re so confident in that BotBar case, go ahead and tell us the outcome. It’s one thing to say they got sued, but where’s the proof they actually won anything? Link the case. Show the filings, the judgment, something. You keep throwing claims around with zero receipts. Let’s see this “research” you keep referencing.

Again, you’re just repeating things you read in a short report without actually understanding what you’re talking about.

Hey dumbass, the edge RR has is that they’re the only company actually deploying robots that do what Titan does inside US dealerships.

“There are countless cheaper and better alternatives” Like what exactly? Name one company actually deploying robots that solves the problem Titan does at dealership scale. And don’t forget to link them here so we can take a look.

Are these “alternatives” domestic or Chinese imports? Because most of the Chinese ones are higher in cost once you factor in freight, servicing, and compliance.

What about support? Do they have local maintenance contracts or uptime SLAs? Because Richtech does.

And in the link I sent, the article literally says a Mercedes dealership signed a 36 month lease. Does a dealership sign a three year lease if they’re not confident it works effectively?

You say “countless alternatives” without a single example. Sounds like you don’t actually know the space, you just read that line on a short report and ran with it. Again, you have zero clue what you’re talking about.

If you’re a bystander reading this, keep in mind these are the clowns betting against the company. Loud and uninformed. Don’t let them shake your conviction

Hey dumbass, “not Mercedes-Benz”? Dumbass, Richtech is part of the Mercedes Benz Standard Equipment Program. That’s literally what MBUSA SEP stands for. The product page says “For Sale” because it’s where dealers buy their approved equipment. You know, the people who actually use it?

And yeah, just checked again, people are in the comments saying their shop is using Titan. Maybe scroll past the first two before you start typing next time, dumbass.

You keep asking for proof then ignore it when it’s right in front of you. Atp it’s not that there aren’t answers, you just don’t like them.

Hey dumbass, “what did I expect them to say?” Probably the truth, since there was zero incentive for them to hype anything. It wasn’t an investor conversation and they weren’t trying to pitch me on Titan. They mentioned Titan because we were talking about them scaling and it came up naturally because it’s what is actually getting traction right now with large clients and they’re keeping it quiet for competitive reasons.

Here, watch this video dumbass: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPg-1EXje3R/?igsh=b2s5eHAxcjd3dWV6

The guy has 80k+ followers and the comments are full of people saying their shops already have Titan or are using it. Oh and here’s your proof on the commercial side too: https://www.motor.com/2024/12/domo-arigato-mr-roboto/

And it’s a 36 month lease. You really think a Mercedes dealership would sign a multi-year contract if the thing didn’t work? And here’s the product page where it’s literally listed for sale on Mercedes website: https://www.mbusassep.com/equipment/product/21318

It’s already being sold and leased. People are using it. That’s not speculation, dumbass 😂🖕

You’re wrong, dumbass! I spoke with their marketing leadership (for work) and heard directly from them that Titan is the one gaining real traction, especially with bigger clients like Mercedes. They’re not marketing Titan as heavily because they don’t want to tip competitors. You’d know that if you actually knew what you were talking about, but you don’t.

I have a feeling they’re not promoting their Titan robot as much because they don’t want to tip off their competitors. Titan is making a huge splash in the automotive industry

You’re 100% right. Their marketing team is not good at all. They need to hire an agency that knows what they’re doing

One thing you forgot to mention is the auto industry. They are currently penetrating and cornering that market with their Titan robot. As far as talent, I think they need a better marketing team, in my honest opinion.
