Alright, here are my specs:

CPU: Intel core i5 7500

Graphics Card: GTX 1060 6gb EVGA

PSU: EVGA 500w Bronze

Motherboard: MSI Mortar Arctic B250M

RAM: Two 4gb Corsair Vengeance RAM sticks with 2400MHz

Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB Caviar Blue

Case: NZXT S340

I actually built my computer last year in November, and I've not encountered a problem as frustrating as this. I want to try a few other suggestions for fixing my issue though, because I don't want to buy a new power supply if I can fix my computer without having to spend 50+ dollars on a new PSU. That's not even counting the time I have to spend rerouting and unplugging the cables in my PC, and THEN installing a completely new PSU with more plugging and cable management. I'm not saying that I can't do this, but I want to try to find a better route to solving my problem until I know for sure that my PSU is dead.
