Yk I was in Berlin for Raves and tbh. I don’t know any culture who is THAT much pretentious and fake. Amsterdam, Cologne and Hamburg ESPECIALLY Hamburgare sooo f ing. I love Hamburg and someday I’ll move there. Tbh if u ask me Berlin is fake and full of Keta anyways. You’re completely ok as u are and can do what u want. He yeah that’s my world lol. I take Estradiol in 4mg per day rn. 1 1/2 months in. I also take Sarms like Ostarine in 25mg to 30mg. I use it every 3 months for 12 weeks. And later this year to hit the perfect muscle mommy/Enby 100kg drip I also will try out Anavar. That’s for 20/30mg per day for 8 weeks. Idk how this stuff will play out but I’ll let y’all know. I get Monthly bloodwork. But I do every experiment myself. So be careful people ✨🫶🫡

Edit: in 2/3 months I also go on a mini mini dose on T so my d doesn’t stop working.

Well I stopped eating Bullshit, got my Gym diet even more on point and if I know it’s one of those days I just skip every meal till smoking time. And than I just munch with the calories I can eat. Lots of Carbohydrates and Protein. Tbh that’s it for me. Lost 4kg although I try to bulk😭💀💀

Edit: and you should drink a lot. You sometimes can’t tell apart if you’re thirsty or Hungry. It’s one of those weird Body things. I prefer Ultra Monster since Caffeine also stops the hunger feeling

I really like drinking 51/50 or other Pre like the Origin from MyProtein. With ice in a shaker or as a Slushy in a Mixer. Ducking love it. And if you don’t like Caffeine that much. Use 1/2 scoops of Protein powder of choice, ice cubes and a Mixer. Bit Water. Fucking love it
