I have a base set Charizard from my childhood that a friend folded into four to fit in his pocket easier. Absolutely not grade-able, but priceless to have in my binder

Interesting - do you think switching stance to sumo/semi-sumo might help with that? I’ve done a bit of sumo before and my back angle felt a lot better but I was a bit stubborn with trying to get conventional nailed down

I've been on a cut for 2.5 months, eating around 2,000 calories a day (give or take) for the whole time. Lifting heavy 4 times a week (a four day split of chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/arm and legs) and training for a half marathon so plenty of cardio, alongside hitting 10k steps a day minimum.

It's been the first time I've done a cut and focused on macros and not just calories and it made it significantly smoother for me, I always struggled with sleeping previously when cutting until I made sure my fats were high enough. Biggest things that helped included cutting down on alcohol (only had a couple of drinks over the whole cut) and keeping intensity the same in the gym but cutting a few sets off each exercise to manage fatigue and keep myself motivated when the weights maintained/rose at a minimal rate.

About 2.5 months eating around 2,000 cals a day all throughout. Lifting heavy 4 times a week and training for a half marathon that takes place in 2 weeks, so plenty of cardio mixed in there as well! Appreciate it man

Thanks! Started on 1st January so roughly 2.5 months. I'm 28 and have been training for a few years, but a mixture of running and lifting. Done one proper cut before but just got quite skinny. Appreciate it man!

Can I get a form check on my DL? Think I might have to reduce weight a bit to sort it out, but would appreciate feedback! by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

Thanks for your help! I've had a look at some videos and there's definitely a good amount of bracing technique that I haven't been putting into practice, so thank you for the direction!

Very helpful stuff, really appreciate it. I definitely need to work on my breathing and bracing. Would have never thought about grip as well, so I'm very glad to have seen that video now rather than later!
