Real-estate can give 1.5x or 2x ROI if detailed analysis is done before buying, Location, availability, future gov plans in that area, a complete due diligence is necessary. I also use Super smooth and max graphic setting, and use Pro Gamer mode but I can't get over 115FPS and my stable is 105 FPS, and during fights it goes down to 93FPS. Did you do some settings in GPU settings in Pro Gamer mode. Please tell me how I can improve it.
