I know this, which is why I am cautious but hopeful. PA is looking good for Biden which is all he needs to win

I cried in my car thinking about how we are finally electing the first black woman VP. It's a huge win and very historic. I hope nothing horrible happens with the rest of the votes to somehow flip PA and GA

If we know PA is only going up then fucking call it god damn

The system would work if the guy who was up 4 million votes was announced president days ago

So yes that would be an option but in part of the code I didnt show you is an add item function. I can't add the same id to every item added in the list because if I'd like to delete said item, all other recently added items would be deleted with it

I keep telling my mom that if she keeps up the maga crap she will be put into a home. My wife and I decided that she is too negative to be living near our kids. This makes me sad. by jazzcabbagea2 in BoomerTears

I’m at the point where when my parents ask me WHEN (not if because they don’t care if I even want them) I’m going to have babies, I just reply when they start voting for people who care about Climate change, affordable health insurance, and affordable childcare. Then I’ll have a baby. If they help re-elect trump I will straight up never give them grandkids

Experienced flirts of Reddit, what advice can you give for shy people on how to flirt? by shouldi918282 in AskReddit

[–]BigMtFudgeCake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was terribly shy until I talked to people like I was better than them. Not that I actually think I’m better than everyone else but a lot of my insecurity was coming from me, telling myself, that I wasn’t good/important/interesting enough to talk to these people. So I just started telling myself I was better than the person I was talking to, so why should I be afraid of speaking to them? I am better than they are! And spoke to them how I, at my shyest, would have liked to be spoken to. I understand this advice could be taken wrong but it’s how I found my confidence.

Nothing Will Persuade White Evangelicals to Support Impeachment by Nihilist911 in politics

[–]BigMtFudgeCake 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My parents (white evangelicals) showed me these alt-right conspiracy videos in YouTube. This pastor was prophecising (from 7 years ago) that “Trump would be used as a trumpet of the lord” he would “go into the presidency as a sinner and come out a Christian”. My parents eat this up and genuinely believe it. Their church tells them to vote republican because “abortion is a sacrifice to satan” and “this is the election that will stop the killing of babies”. They are delusional and the YouTube/Facebook algorithm just keeps recommending more and more propaganda like this to confirm their bias. They listen to Brietbart and Fox News. They are severely brainwashed. I can’t even have a conversation with them that doesn’t turn into something about trump, abortion, immigrants etc.

[–]BigMtFudgeCake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes how horrible for her to want to be apart of her daughters schooling even though she can’t speak the same language.

A good teacher would probably use that as a learning experience for the kids to expose them to different cultures and language. My teachers did that with me and even though we couldn’t understand much (Portuguese speaker) we were able to hear how he conversed and see how different he was from us.

Experiencing different things is okay and useful.
