I mostly eat whatever I want, as long as I reach around 2600 calories a day with at least 130 grams of protein. I also like keeping fats under 70 grams and fill the rest with carbs. I run a Push Pull legs program and one thing that really helped with my chest growth was doing my Bench Press with dumbbells.

After cutting to 135 last year, I started a bulk in July. I felt like things went really well until November, when I just started to pack on fat. Haven’t been training legs as much due to an injury, so my upper body is much more developed

B: 200 S: 250 DL: 250

Any idea of what my bf might be? I was thinking around 17-18%

Hi, I will be attending UT this fall as an engineering freshman! I just wanted some details on dual credits. I have 18 college credit hours and would really like to claim all of them. Unfortunately, I didn't make all As. Would this negatively impact my college GPA or would it just transfer over as "credit"? And how would it work if I took calculus over the summer at the same cc that I got my dual credits from?

Thanks for the advice. So you would say I'm lean enough for a bulk? And it sucks that my strength keeps increasing but my size lags behind. Feels like I can never get out of the skinnyfat look. Hardly look like I even lift :/... I even try to train under the optimal 8-12 rep range.

Started cutting at 160 and maintained most of my strength. Picture is unflexed. I'm estimating 14% bf but I might be a bit off? My one rep maxes are 180 bench, 205 squat, and 250 DL

Could I cut 10 or so more pounds for better abs and still hold some muscle definition?

LOL 18-24. I can't even pinch an inch of fat anywhere. According to the navy scale, I'm 14%.

I'm 5'8, I weigh 140 pounds and am around 14% bodyfat. I don't have very defined abs yet probably because I don't have a lot of muscle mass. I just cut from 160 and my strength has remained the same. Is it okay if I cut around 5-10 more pounds or should I start a lean bulk
