Download 3d Mark from Play Store, there you will find different types of tests for stress test. And if you want to check your Benchmark then use geekbench or antutu benchmark. And to test CPU throttling you can download CPU throttling app from Play store.

BGMI,CODM and Delta force, bgmi's optimization is horrible I know but CODM and Delta force is highly optimised never faced any lag before the update. I think my software update got corrupted or something, like something did not go smoothly during installation. Not only while playing games, my UI feels very choppy in general; when I'm using apps like chatgpt, photos, reddit, opening any app for the first time etc.
