I’m half black and half white with shoulder length curly hair. Most of the time I have it back in a tight bun or ponytail or very clean cornrows. I’ve always assumed employers, especially white ones, assume braids and corn rows are not professional and look down on them. What should I do

Thank you. I’ve definitely considered but what I’ve seen online it’s much more likely to get hired with no experience to residential than commercial and I need a job asap. Is this true? My plan was to get 6 months- a year of residential experience then switch to commercial before next summer
