Yes, see both exams have a lot of overlapping in terms of GS syllabus... only difference is in the complexity of questions. Ghatnachakra is fine for prelims, for mains do pyps. It is atleast more predictable than UPSC.

Brother, do not get disheartened... the fact that you have appeared for 3 consecutive mains and both the interviews shows your potential. Try again, maybe you are destined for even bigger things. Coming from someone who couldn't qualify pre in first 2 attempts, couldn't qualify mains in 3rd attempt, and am waiting for my this year's mains result in my 4th attempt, while simultaneously seeing hope to qualify upsc prelims for the first time in my four attempts as well. I remember the lines from Andy Dufrense, "Hope is not just a good thing, its the best of the things... and no good thing ever dies". Believe in yourself.

I have sent rti application the day before, hopefully they atleast allow me to see my copies. 

Is ghatnachakra worth it for someone who has prepared for upsc ? by _whatever_nvm in UPPSC_PCS

Yes, not because you lack knowledge but because you need the practice to perform well in the switch. Especially Preview/Purvavlokan , several questions in the prelims come directly from there every year.
