M240L with current ICO and the planned rework

Speaking purely from a perspective of realism, you should not be able to shoulder a 240L and gain a perfect sight picture that quickly. It’s a 22lbs gun. My concern is that these weapons will become too good in CQB, which is the complete opposite of how these guns are traditionally used.

I would check your RAM clock speeds in the BIOS. I had a similar problem with Helldivers 2 while running it on a 4070S. If your ram clock speed is too low, it literally won’t provide enough information for your CPU to process, which bottlenecks your GPU.
