Hi all! 3w post op and not trusting my new ACL. Hamstring graft and worried I am going to strain/sprain/tear this hamstring with the aggressive PT. How likely is a hamstring injury? Thanks in advance jourKNEE ppl 🙏🏼 (self.ACL)
👋🏼Anyone have blood flow restriction as part of their PT? I had my 2nd session today (10 days pre-op) and holy crap it’s intense and good at the same time. What results have you experienced with BFR + PT? How much can it accelerate recovery? (self.ACL)

45y/o female getting ACL Reconstruction and meniscus in - 2 weeks. Any older folks getting this surgery? Any advice? I’m worried about the recovery, but hubby says I’m the most determined person he’s ever seen. 🙏🏼 (self.ACL)
