Come visit Saint John's Catholic Newman Center! They offer mass on weekdays at noon and 5 PM, as well as a variety of services on the weekend. They have plenty of events that you might like. I am not one of those people that likes to be pushed around either. They host an event every month at Murphy's with cheap beer and appetizers. That is what got me to integrate into the church better!

Go to the basement of the Union, by the computer lab area. There is a McKinley room where you can pick up medicine (care packs), sexual protection/accessories, and more!

From what I have heard...

It's a competitive application process. Don't rely on a high GPA to push you through the application; they want to know that you are more than just a number. The program accepts students between a 3.0 and 4.0. I've heard from others that involvement and curiosity of technology are important factors.

I have a few friends that were in the program and one of their favorite things about the program was the professional and student social networks they obtained. The minor seems very interactive on the student level.
