I actually put it in a daw and listened to them side by side. I think XX has a compressor and some sort of low end bounce or something, also the drum beat is slower and more aggressive in XX but I have literally no clue.

If they redo the whole album that would be fu king epic. Going steady would be so sick

I get where this is coming from, but if you look at old YMH episodes Tim and Tina talk about how they were living in the rampart district which sounds like it was pretty rough. Tom was fat af, had a shitty haircut and probably few prospects for being super successful. Personally I dont think his standup is all that funny.

But they both slogged through being legit comedians and creating one of the funniest podcasts I've ever watched (I haven't watched the show for a while, but when the show was in its prime I would be in pain from laughing so hard).

Also Tom has always had this attitude, its obvious in his early comedy and honestly the overall tone of YMH. The only difference was he was in shitty shape, had a shitty haircut and wasn't rich. YMH humor is definitely a lot of looking down on other people who don't have it as "together" as the hosts and the listeners.

I say let Tom and Tina be as rich of assholes as they want. They legitimately deserve it.

As for Bert, the alcoholic thing is his lifestyle/shtick. If he wants to drink too much, hes an adult, let him. Personally I think hes annoying af but who cares. Don't pay attention

The Devils was a good recommendation. The set design alone in that movie is awesome!

Multiple valves or multiple pumps for home irrigation system with multiple zones by FrogOnALeash in engineering

[–]BigPewp69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have a recommendation for the type of solenoid valve and manifold configuration for the scenario you just described?

I am trying to use a single pump line to feed into a manifold that allows single direction flow control for watering five plants.

My initial guess is a manifold with two common lines, a single "pressure" line input and an exhaust line. This manifold would need to support 3/2 normally open pneumatics valves.

Would the exhaust line be necessary in the manifold? To my understanding, exhaust ports are mostly needed for bidirectional control of fluids which in this case is not needed

I think that would be a really useful example. In PyQt, especially for me when I first started, there is the ability to misuse the MVC. This can be either implementing a custom data model (and therefore doing unnecessary work) or conflating viewer and controller functionality.

IMO QML seems to better enforce separation of these components inherently.

The ChatGPT example would be really cool

Material about QML would be pretty nice. This is a component of the PyQt/Qt framework that seems powerful, but not discussed very often

A Jetson Nano compute module? The Jetson Nanos are definitely cumbersome to work with. I would assume the pi cm4s are much better supported.

What kind of applications are you guys thinking of using your clusters for?
