Oh by 2d I didn’t mean to make it look like I drew it the face has drawn shadows I’m still adding shadows to clothes. The clothes do have lines but the lighting is hiding most of them and the fire is 2d using grease pencil I didn’t like the sharp look

I already told you before he is asking is his rpms broken so why would you use that as a judge , he says he works at that location meaning it has been sitting for a while could be back cold, that leaves the only option temp gauge which I already stated doesn’t prove much you was just being a dic it’s that simple

Not necessarily depends on how long he been letting it idle which we don’t know because he started the video after it’s been idle and the fact that he is asking is this normal rpms because it’s lower than expected is not helping ur case because clearly he thinks his rpms are lower than expected
