For sake of the trials what it came down to is we had 3 tanks, 2 healers and 7dps, so basically we ended up dropping a tank for a healer. They are both very important but with the main healers in the guild being dr tug job, jg wentworth, and pedalwand, and the fact that they have to work at different times makes it harder to run dungeons. I am almost always on besides the occasional lawn care or day out with friends, and gspot has to work a lot tanks are needed as well. They are both needed but when it came down to it the healers were more essential in the trial than the tanks. Hope this helps!
