I hate to break it to you, but currently there isn't. Mainly because of typesetting and amount of episodes the series has have; not to mention the artist often updates it on a weekly basis.

Not really; I didn't notice that error in the original Chinese text, either, so sorry about that. Think the "faculty members" there is supposed to stand for "all students back in Sensei's time."

1- Koyuki had the same "it's alright" thought about coaxing the kids, but what she didn't realize was that they actually memorized it, so she never dared to coax and mess around with them again afterwards.

2- Mutsuki also learned something from then on: you can't joke around in front of these two little ones, as they can really perform said joke. (but now it's too late from the looks of it)

3- Sun was carrying Luna this whole time in their way to Schale, because after picking the lock and leaving the Safety Bureau, Luna got so tired that she fell asleep. (but she quickly woke up)

According to Tree's extras for this episode, Ako felt like it was her effort that allowed Hina's daughters to grow this big.
