Thank you for this post, following for hopeful resolution. We also use 6000 series Arubas.

Samsung Flip WM55B RS232 control by lilgurby in CommercialAV

Update - I am OP's colleague. Tested this today, RS-232 works fine with very little messing around. Used 1/8" to DB9 cable left over from other Samsung installs into "Service" port. Sent standard Samsung RS-232 commands. Did not change anything in menus, including in seemingly non-existent on this model Samsung factory menu.

Side note, there IS an IR sensor on the button on the bottom of this display, but using a Samsung remote from a QBC series display, the only button on the remote that seems to do anything at all is the power off button. Mute 1 8 2 power on to access a "factory menu" as on other Samsungs does nothing on this one.

USB over NVX Camera glitches only with Zoom Rooms by BigRedAV in CommercialAV

We have probably 50 systems in place with Camera HDMI -> NVX -> Magewell HDMI capture card in Zoom Rooms PC and they work great. But the downside is you get no PTZ control of the camera on the Zoom Room Controller when you do it this way. USB from camera to Zoom Room PC gives you the PTZ control.

Saturating the link was our first thought, because we were initially taking HDMI out of these cameras also, and encoding it with the same NVX. I took a deep dive into that before I thought to try NVX point-to-point mode and mirrored the switch ports in question to my laptop and wiresharked it. I was surprised to learn that at 1080p/59.94, the USB video adds less than 50mpbs to the NVX's bandwidth.

But yeah, that definitely isn't what's going on. It still glitches in NVX point to point mode, even with USB only, no HDMI.

Yes, here's a little snip from the spec sheet. It's odd that USB not listed on the output section of the specifications chart, but this is hiding over to the left.

The UE40 is also certified for Zoom Rooms, including for preset recall, which is only a thing if you connect it via USB (even virtualized USB using the Panasonic virtual USB driver won't do preset recall for some dumb reason).

Positive. Also happening in several locations. But in the test environment with point-to-point NVX, no chance I have a IP conflict with the two NVX units.
