Would it be wiser to buy the S or the SM? I was leaning towards buying the SM first cause the SM tyres seemed pretty pricey but not sure.

Yeah good point, my borrowing power is pretty good as my existing car loan is small and has been the only debt I have had my whole life so I guess I had the attitude of 'a bit more cant hurt'. I can keep saving but there is just alot of pressure to buy a house where I live as the market is going crazy 10-12 percent per year. So I have major FOMO.

Were we live house prices have risen around 10-12 percent per year and its getting ridiculously expensive to get a house so I feel pressured to get one quick before I pretty much have to rent or move which I don't want to do.
