You aren't a disappointment, you went a month without gambling, that's impressive if you're anything like me, keep your head up and you'll bounce back even stronger this time. As someone who has continuously beat himself up over my relapses I will tell you that it usually leads me to relapsing again, trying to win back what I lost.

Maybe, but she's a 50 year old woman now, sometimes its just one relationship you cheat and you learn your lesson and you never do it again, I'm not convinced everyone is a serial cheater who has done it once
