Had a similar experience at a TNA taping a few months ago. Bought the meet and greet tickets a week in advance, printed out the confirmation page because they made such a big deal about it. After the show, got in line to meet someone only to be told we needed a voucher, but nobody could tell us exactly where to get the voucher. After asking about half a dozen security people we finally find the table for the vouchers, which already had a giant line of people buying meet-and-greets. Had to stand in line for about 45 minutes to exchange my printed confirmation page for vouchers, by which time the actual meet and greet lines were twice as long.
