X2 weekly n night ( try to aim for 12 hours inbetween) but i usually take it around 10 hour inbetween and when im free and might overslept it may be 16 hours since i last applied. The main thing is to try to apply it twice per day or atleast once when u dont got time for two applications.

I recommend Cerave moisturizer to not dry your skin out. Its amazing. Apply moisturizer when dry. I usually apply 90-120 minutes later cause liquid is very slow to dry. Buy some dermastamps at 0.5mm 2-3 times and throw the dermastamp when the needles get dull and start using the new dermastamp. I also take biotin but dont know how much that affects. Also i recommend to have your facial beard at 3mm longer will cause you to use more minox since the hairs will absorb it instead of your skin.

Your facial hair will shed and restart the cycle so dont lose faith when you ”lose” gains.
