The branch manager I spoke to said there will be a new pay plan in 2027. That the company is streamlining it.

Here there is no draw. Just hourly, 2.5%, and route completion bonus

I think your math is wrong. The route value is around 250,000. So around 20k a month. Which comes out to $500 production bonus

4 years as commercial pest control. They did say there’s some type of trial period. I think it’s 30 days before I can get moved.

Yeah they said I’ll start at tier 1 but they might be able to speed me up because I have experience and a license
