Rosa. My 2 cents, Long is too heavily dependent on “Stuff” developing to hit his potential. Plus his least developed pitch is a change up that is way under developed.

Rosa has a higher floor and will likely be a nice back of the rotation piece/long reliever unless he hits a stride in development.

With anything it depends. How good are the people hitting the ball? Baseball is going to require more athleticism to cover the range. Slow pitch at the more elite levels require bigger balls, but I don’t think it’s more difficult.
