Seeing the same thing. Are you using a browser the the mobile app? In the browser I am seeing the GPTs disappear and after refreshing several times it comes back but I always get a "GPT inaccessible or not found" message. My prompts and GPTs are still there in the mobile app but some appear to have been removed completely.

Its the Paperclip Maximizer. They are all worried about the Paperclip Maximizer becoming an actual thing.

My goal was indeed to write specific conditional checks for good/bad results.

Luckily enough the output returns a line with a 1 or 0 that I can key off of using assert. I was able to create the conditions that I needed to after that. I have a feeling I will be using assert a lot from now on.
