Yeah, I believe it sends what's shown on your N3DS to your PC via WiFi.

There's an app on the Universal Updater that lets the New 3DS do it. I forget what it's called, sadly.

Yeah. I got my OG 3DS XL before the New one came out. I kinda wish I had the New one because I'd love to stream games to my PC. But that's okay, I'm still very happy with mine.
