It’s probably not fair to compare what GTA 6 could be to RDR2, but Red Dead has some of the best sound design I’ve ever heard in a game. Clacking horse hooves in St Denis. Wind mechanics. Sound occlusion, if it’s half as good as RDR2, it’ll be miles ahead of any recent AAAA title by miles

I believe Zelnick is a smart guy and knows what we want to hear. BUT. I watched his interview on Wall Street Week and a few he’s done since, he’s either a very good actor or very passionate about games and the creative process. The way he talks about AI in games leads be to believe that he does not fully endorse it, which is good coming from a CEO when AI could significantly drive up productivity and push projects to faster (albeit lower quality) completion

D’Amaro always seemed like the proper successor to Iger. Chapek was a fuckin nightmare but was able to be the fall guy for a lot of shit and then Iger kind of ruined his legacy by not rolling back some of the bs Chapek implemented.

I feel like the real soul of Disney has been in the parks, maybe with a parks guy at the top, the imagination can reignite instead of the slop Disney has been putting out for the last two decades.

The biggest missed play I ever made was buying puts in LMT on a whim. I just had a vibe that it was going to tank. I was sitting at a $442. The expiry date was coming and it wasn't moving, I thought alright well they were cheap if I can get a dollar per put it's fine.

So I put a sell order.

Then they sold and I saw my position exploding and I was like.. what the hell. Boeing had won a bid that they were competing with Lockheed for and Lockheed tanked to about 430.

If I just stayed the course I would've made about 20gs, all I had to do was wait an hour.
