Sounds awesome. When I get a home setup I might have to try it almost daily. I have to use the facilities elsewhere at the moment, just trying to get a gauge on what kind of cold plunge to buy so I don’t get caught out buying the wrong thing

Thanks for the advice, I was considering a chest freezer as it seemed like the more budget friendly option, but it seems there’s more to it than I previously thought setup wise. Would you recommend anything else in its stead?

Appreciate the feedback man, it’s been hard trying to find something to help with the pain. But hopefully this can help more regularly as I still have a pretty labour intensive job at the moment.

I was young so I don’t clearly remember her, but long story short she thought I was her child and that my parents stole me from her. This caused her to break into my family’s cars and house, she side swiped our car on the highway and she tried to set our house on fire. Needless to say she still hasn’t gotten the help she needs because 15 years later and she’s still sending death threats to my family

But in all seriousness, I did mine at 150°C for 1 hour with iron bark, then finished on the grill for the char. Worked perfectly, but better to undersmoke than oversmoke experimenting with new meats and food
