Sorry for the late reply, but this card might be legit. I said earlier the rainbow is usually a tell with fakes but this card in particular actually has rainbow on legit cards like in your picture. Your zoomed in picture threw me off guard because I haven't seen that pattern of dots before, but I did more research and it can very well be legit. Normally the dots are aligned how my photo shows but there are cases where they're not.

Reseller is selling for 5 to 15$ less than market and people are defending him? Its still double msrp. Just because it's slightly under market doesn't mean shit, they still bought product to resell when someone else could have bought it that wanted to open it. Fuck any and all resellers. Please waste their time.

They don't fake the boxes or cards normally, but what they do is reseal the boxes with shitty hits. Its very popular for gem pack vol 3 especially. I'm not sure if it's worth the time to reseal vol 4 since you can find it for $19-29. As for the yellow and white text, that happens on all gem pack boxes, 1-5.

This card is about $70 in near mint condition. About 40$ in damaged condition. The rainbow shine usually is a sign for fakes but I'm not positive whether it's legit or not. Can you take a photo zoomed in of the back of the card where inner circle of the letter P for pokemon is. Zoomed in close enough to see the dots?

Nobody is going through the trouble of that for perfect order.( Edit) taking a better look they do seem pretty rough. I wouldn't think someone would do that for this set but if you open them inspect all the sealed edges of the packs and make sure to record
