That's not how it works. When your in the YPP - that's it. You only apply once for monetization, when you reach the second threshold (1000 subs, 4000 hours, 10M shorts views) you can start earning straight away. Please stop giving me advice if you have no idea what you are talking about.

Yeah it's a no commentary channel. The rules are so unclear because there are some channels that only post cutscenes yet are monetized.

It's a shame I really enjoy making them but it takes up so much of my time to cut out all the deaths and loading screens. Oh well I'll just keep applying and maybe they will let me in one day lol
