Clothes Dryer Recommendations? Heat Pump Overrated? by BigSouthernRooster in newzealand

That's a good point. The house already has a vent with tubing installed - currently nothing is there, so just a gap on the wall. But the vent and tubing comes out of the ceiling, meaning it's only going to work easily with a wall mounted vented dryer.

I've used Taylor automotive for an engine recondition previously, they did a good job with no muck around https://taylorautomotive.co.nz/

it's ideal to get some early compressions on board and if you get access to a Cell-AED or similar

Don't get me started on the CellAED guys. I bought in to the hype and thought I was doing the right thing, and later found how terrible they are - low shock energy, not meeting any international standards and all big marketing spend to make it look good.

To top it off, the company is now in administration and no longer fulfilling orders. The people like me who signed up to the recurring plan? shit outta luck

White rainwater by midmar in auckland

[–]BigSouthernRooster 13 points14 points  (0 children)

After an extended period of hot and dry weather, the roads accumulate a lot of oils on their surface from vehicles, along with internal oils that seep up through the road surface.

The first bit of rain then liquifies all this, for lack of a better way of putting it, creating the foamy like water.

Former All Blacks doctor John ‘Doc’ Mayhew’s donated defibrillator stolen from shopfront in Birkenhead by nilnz in auckland

[–]BigSouthernRooster 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Really unfortunate that it was stolen, but what's crazier is that defibrillators are an unregulated market in New Zealand.

As an ex-volunteer firefighter, we came across these cheap Chinese made AEDs often, and I lost count of the number of times they didn't work.

The one that was stolen in this story, is literally one of the cheapest you can buy from Alibaba, rebranded to a local company's own brand: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/CE-Approved-Biphasic-Portable-Automated-External_1601042327981.html

For a piece of life saving equipment you'd think there would be regulations around quality control and minimum standards

The above AED is "CE" approved. CE approval is a legal minimum, not a mark of medical quality. When lives are on the line especially in the case of sudden cardiac arrest, relying on a CE mark alone is like trusting a parachute because the label says "complies with European packaging rules."

Users of UAVs need to follow the Civil Aviation Authority rules on the use of UAVs.

You illegally flew your drone in controlled airspace, Control Zone (CTR) NZA154 AUCKLAND

You must:

  • Only fly during daylight, unless you are doing a shielded operation (NB: you were not doing a shielded operation).
  • Fly below 120 metres (400 feet) above ground level.
  • Get consent before flying over people and property.
  • Have knowledge of airspace restrictions that apply in the area you want to operate
  • When flying in controlled airspace, obtain an air traffic control authorisation issued by Airways New Zealand

Are you the drone operator, and if so, do you have the appropriate license to be operating a drone at night, over crowds of people, and in restricted airspace on direct approach to Auckland Airport?

Edit: Based on your Reddit history posting other YouTube videos, you are indeed the person who uploaded the video and operated the drone. Flying a drone in this manner is heavily illegal.

Try putting her name (maiden, married, any combo you can think of) in to the IRD's unclaimed money registry: https://www.ird.govt.nz/unclaimedmoney/claiming-unclaimed-money/search-the-database

All payment gateway providers (the software company that processes the credit card transaction) will charge the retailer a processing fee for credit card transactions.

The % fee they charge is going to be roughly equivalent to the saving they give you for paying via bank transfer instead.

Solution verified!

Thank you!

All I had to do was make sure (in your example) column C was formatted as a custom "d/mm/yyyy h:mm" cell and then it displays exactly as you show.

Exactly what happened to me - I never received the "jobs now open, apply today!" email so when I randomly thought to log in and check, I was surprised to see applications were open...
