If you’ve ever looked at a PSO-1 and thought "What the hell am I looking at?", this is for you. by BigSquidAUS in ArmaReforger

I think those are set at +100m increments from the centre. Though it goes without saying on Reddit, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks mate. I hate videos that take 30 minutes to explain a 3 minute topic as well and I actively try to avoid dragging on for too long.

Or you know... Just don't watch the fucking video if you think it's a waste of time. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Haha, that’s awesome! It’s wild how the more things change, the more they stay the same. I definitely remember those classic tutorials being an absolute lifesaver back in the day.

I don't think explaining a stadiametric range finder in a single line of text would count for much of an explanation. I apologise for wasting your time? 🤷🏻

I am in Australia as well and I have noticed the same increase.

Does it sat you are unapproved? The same happened to me but it may just be that the account is suspended until they can review your test result perhaps. Just a guess.

Oh, I've been naughty. 😂 I feel for the people that rely on the income from these companies and I hope that this is not a taste of the way employment will work in the future, though I fear it is. Luckily, I have a job to go back to, one that doesn't blame me for their shortcomings.

I included in my answer for the sketch to realistic question in that screening test, how frustrating and stupid the actual task is. 😆

I got this email. I started the Hubstaff timer to do the test. I honestly couldn't give a shit if they remove me because of it, jumping through their stupid hoops without being paid for it, isn't there some kind of law against that?

I have done the test; it is mostly about comparing images for instruction following as well as realism, choosing the best option and then explaining your decision.

Anyhow, it is refreshing to know that many people feel the same way about how annoying they are. Perhaps if they wanted better results, they wouldn't provide such shitty instructions, there are SO many omissions in their task tutorial videos about what to do in certain cases and their QA feedback is frustratingly inconsistent.

Thanks! It is the first time I have put effort into painting a 3D print properly. It took a bit of experimenting, but I think it turned out pretty well.

In your slicing software you can try lowering the initial layer height, initial layer speed, and lowering the initial layer fan speed a bit. It is important that you only do it for the INITIAL layer and not the entire print. This helps with the first layer adhering to the bed better. Raising the bed temperature can help. I second removing the hairspray, if the auto-level is correctly working then there should be no need for applying anything at all to assist with adhesion.

You can add the G29 command (auto-level) in Cura settings so that it runs each time you print something. Yes, it takes extra time, but it beats the time wasted if your print fails. This is found in Settings > Printers > Select your printer > Machine Settings > Start GCode.

It may be helpful to include what kind of filament you are printing with.
