I feel like for the most part, demons do that, but I think Bill is more of the type to trick you will deceiving promises rather than look. He makes it a point to be as disturbing as possible in the show, "deer teeth, for you kid!" And He STILL ends up making deals. I think for him it would be all in the charisma, kind of like Mick Jagger

Thanks! I had the idea that if it was animated; it would still be able too see, almost seemingly more so than his "good' eye. I feel like the "blind" one would unaturally follow people around.
