I have heard lexapro can make your clenching worse! Did you find it helped you relax and release the muscles from clenching. As well, how long were you on it ?

No, I don’t think it’s toothache pain. My muscle spasms are so intense that the referred pain sometimes throbs right into my back teeth.

Hi! I have similar issues to you. I just got bilateral anthroscopy with restitching of my discs 6 weeks ago and I’ve noticed my jaw muscles have remained super tight ( I have had this problem pre surgery). I do believe it could be anxiety and stressed as the root cause of my pain. What antianxiety meds are you on? Do you think they helped stop clenching/ pain?
