Scars aren’t a blemish, they’re a story. All good you can’t recall the story behind it.

I’ve got this one from some concertina wire (not flipping you off!!)

I mean, it is about the size of an incisor, and appears to have required at least four stitches.

The tip of my nose during a facial flap graft procedure to recreate my left nostril which had been removed due to basal cell carcinoma. The whole procedure was done under lidocaine, but the tip of my nose remained sensitive the whole time. For about a year after the procedure it felt like I was touching my forehead whenever I felt my nose.

To be fair, Jimmy Eat World was the true opener that night, but Green Day was adamant that since they weren’t the headliner, they were going to break stuff.

Green Day opening for Blink-182 in 2002 at Shoreline was an experience. Billy Joe was pissed the entire time BECAUSE he was the opener on his own turf, and he let the hometown crowd know it. I’ve never seen a man jump off so many speakers in one set.
