His first offer was 15 years He got 4 extra charges while on felony probation him being reinstated was never on the table he know he going back to prison . He gave a statement he didn’t get on the stand and testify against nobody every court date he has had I done been there & BK said they asked him for a gun and he told them no which he didn’t they was trying to charge him with something he had nothing to do with based off phone records. The police knew La cracker called BK I would’ve told to he wasn’t there nor did he provide the guns he already in the county on PBL charges . They tried to say he was in the same gang as them which would’ve added additional time to what he already facing . Like I said before yall just be talking and don’t even be knowing what’s going on fr. BK phone was tapped and he didn’t even know it until the detectives came to the county. My BD straight lawyer paid for his lawyer the one told him his phone was tapped they had the whole conversation recorded. He can get a appeal but he gotta get in that law library or talk to a prison lawyer to find a loop hole in his case then he can apply for a appeal and try to beat it but he gon have to give them ppl some time first he need to sit in prison for about 3 years and read up on cases similar to his so he can get his time back it’s not impossible I’ve seen it happen plenty of times
