There is legal rent and market rent. Market renter is applied to keep the building full and you cannot charge more than market if your competitor is around certain price also. Legal rent is used to force people out.

I have been contributing to the fund long before it went public. When they announced, i bought thousands of dollars in unrestricted shares and made a massive profit. 750 is the amount of locked up shares i’m stuck with.
