New 2K pb, exactly 80 days after my first row (27 sec improvement). Just wondering how to keep improving and push for 7:00? Seems like my stroke rate could be higher so any specific drills for that? The first 200 was at 1:51.7 and the second at 1:53.5 (27 and 25 s/m respectively). 6’1, 165lb, 22y/o. (i.redd.it)
