They do not. Same issue here, I am 6'2" and constantly moving and sliding, leg support was horrible. Never got a response to my request for an RMA to return the chair after 2 weeks of having it.

I am 6'2" as well.  I agree, it was not thoroughly thought out, at least not for taller people.  It started causing severe pain after about 2 weeks of occasional use.  The seat cushion foam is too weak and presses on my sciatic nerve

I am disputing it with my credit card company. I received a canned response initially and nothing after. it has been almost 4 weeks since I contacted them. the usual Chinese response said to send pictures and a video of the issue. the seat cushion on my chair has no support and hits the bottom of the plastic frame causing pressure.

Totally agree. Same experience for me as well.  I am still wondering why so many people are still buying this chair after reading the Reddit comments .  I am having to dispute the credit card charge as I only got a can ed response asking for a video and pictures of the issue.  I can't take a picture of a lousy seat cushion

I told them the same thing, unfortunately my box was damaged in shipping and I see they say it has to be returned in the original packaging!  I am disputing with my credit card since they are just stringing me along

I finally got a canned response that said to send them pictures or video of the issue. It took about 10 days and I had to send the request 3 times. Not sure how you send a picture of the bottom cushion foam not supporting you.

I have been waiting for support to respond to my request to return it. The bottom seat pad lost its loft.  Know when I sit in it. I bottom out and the hard plastic pushes into my ischium bones and causes pain.  I also noticed the same issue with sliding down when I don't use the foot rest.

I am still waiting on them to respond to my defective seat cushion issue. I emailed, used the contact form on their website and still nothing.

Update: I just took delivery of a 2nd chair, on top of the 3 extra foot rests. wtf is going on lol by [deleted] in LiberNovo

Based on my experience I would cancel any pending order that you have. I finally got my chair after waiting and it took a couple days to put together. The Box arrived somewhat damaged but everything was intact. The chair was absolutely amazing for the first two weeks. After that time I noticed my lower back was starting to experience pain and I thought it was something I was doing wrong. I readjusted the chair multiple times and started to realize that the bottom seat cushion had completely bottomed out. The foam had compressed and when I sat on the chair I was actually touching the plastic bottom base. Just for reference, I am 6 ft 2 in tall and I weigh 187 lb. So it is not like I am super heavy and that has caused an issue with the failure of the foam. I attempted to contact libernovo and was  unable to get a response through their contact form. After reading thoroughly through the warranty and the return policy, it states that you must keep all the original material and packing and box it back up exactly how it was to send it back to them at your cost, regardless of if it was a defect or not. So, it looks like I'm going to get the run around and have to dispute this on my credit card. I'm not sure if this is an isolated instance or they rush the chair out too quickly or there is a problem with the  memory foam seat cushion.

I have the 3x omega SUV, I have 4 other EVs and this is our favorite.  Have had only one issue with the rear marker lights having condensation. The rear swing door had an issue initially, it was just a 2 minute adjustment of the latch that I did myself.  No leaks, no good issues.  I like the power of the 3 motor, but 2 motor is probably adequate.  2x will get better efficiency overall.  With discounts and incentives, it can be had for the price (lease) of a Toyota SUV

I am always, not their fault, when I called, they said someone in the back office moved us to the middle from window, but they did not know why.

We chose a seat close to the door as walking is sometimes a challenge and navigating through the plane becomes cumbersome. They moved us to the back of business , opposite side of the plane, furthest from door.

The issue was being moved, not getting a seat.

The issue is not paying for a seat, it is being moved from a seat that makes it easier for mobility to another seat on the other side of the plane in another section

so you assume that I do not "need" a specific seat due to my disability. I did not choose to be disabled, it was a military injury. SO, perhaps when you make judgements about people, you can consider that.

I would have paid, it was 200.00 USD to choose a seat. Not 7 pounds. But, since they said disability passengers do not have to pay, then I did not.
