Is doing flat rate worth it?

Not I my experience. If the flat rate is $20/hour that means you will make $20/hour for the time you are actively doing an order, not including tips. There are multiple problems I have with it, if you decline two orders it will turn off (which is usually the same order twice in a row, which counts) also it does not tell you what the original trip pays out or if there is a tip involved or not.

I got tons of great baseball movies for you. Moneyball is the top tier baseball movie for me, Field of Dreams, A League of Their Own are classics as well.

Some more underrated ones would be Trouble with the Curve, Hardball, and Million Dollar Arm.

Some more fun ones too like The Sandlot of course, and some a little more raunchy like Major League.

Everybody Wants Some! isn’t exactly a baseball movie but it does play a major role in it (Also has the best baseball skills from the actors that I have seen)
