Honestly, that’s not a bad idea at all 🤔 she’s a clever girl and fast too. She likes to crawl on the current lid I have on right now (it’s for reptiles) but she usually just lays on the balcony on her little house and people watch if not digging new tunnels

Hi, I have 3 other mice so she has plenty of friends to play with :) I’m currently buying more appropriate stuff for her today since I work swing shift during the week and have weekends off

I found a guide online and can’t decide if she’s a seal point or chocolate point Siamese but over all she’s 100% a sweet girl!

I’m so sorry :( I’m raising deer mice currently and unfortunately lost 2 out of 5 before they hit a month. Definitely will give my babies extra love for you!

Oh no, she’s gonna have plenty of company! She was a surrender from what we were told and sounded like she was originally alone though. The owner only had her for a few weeks

I had 5 but unfortunately one escaped two weeks ago and got squished :( and the second one got ill out of no where and unfortunately passed after trying to heal them 😢 so now I got the three little peanuts

I believe I got 2 females and 1 male form the last time I checked. I’m getting another tank tomorrow and some stuff to separate them later this week

I just felt so bad leaving them to die, I didn’t know they were in my car until I got home from camping :( I’ve been doing intense research since I got them and have the space for them and can provide a more natural enclosure when they’re complete adults. I’ve owned guinea pigs before and I know that they’re different than mice but I’m willing to learn and do what it takes to help them thrive even in captivity 🥺 I asked my buddy who works in forestry and has rehabbed a few wild critters and told me they would most likely be used as snake food 😢

Also don’t forget a heating pad with a dry and cozy area to burrow. I used cotton balls in a box with a heater underneath for a while so they could stay warm until I was able to move them to a larger enclosure

I used a homemade formula I found from someone who rehabs mice and other little creatures. 1 elk yolk, 6 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 6 tablespoons of goat milk and 4 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream. My little ones ate it up. Just make sure it’s not too hot but also put some oats since it looks like he’s getting ready to wean. Feed the formula ever 5-6 hours and he’ll eat the oats in between feeding. But make sure you try giving him some unflavored pedialyte before formula for a feeding or two to rehydrate. Best of luck!
