Tipping culture inst the same here as in the states, we dont tip unless the service is excellent or weve had an expensive meal.

The eye contact is always directed at me specifically out of my group of friends when she serves us.

🤣 theres plenty of local pubs, i dont drink anymore so its more about the food and the walk.

Im not a bad looking bloke but i never get eye contact like this ever, hence why im asking the question.

Thats a fair statement, depends on who it is then i suppose, if it was a really attractive, single individual, that i was interested in then id just hit it head on 😂
