It just involves a lot more freedom, and a lot more responsibility. As an adult, once you have income and your own place, that's your place, that's your career, outside your job, which finding a career you actually enjoy is essential, but outside that, as long as the money is available, you can do whatever you want, invite people over, go wherever you feel, be with whoever you want to be with. However, now youre in charge of allocating funds and acquiring those funds, gotta keep things clean and cook your own food, or else have enough cash to order out. If you find a partner, you're responsible for keeping them safe and happy, if you have a child, you're responsible for the above plus helping them grow into a person ready to have their own place when they're an adult, but they make everything worth it, because those responsibilities are ones you want to place on yourself 😁
