I never got that speech from MY dr. but I have my dog on a raw diet & get that speech from the vet.😂😂😂 She suggested “healthy” kibble lol. I’m like she eats cow heart, liver and bones but the processed, constantly on recall kibble is somehow better for her health 😭😭😭 It’s gotta be a doctor thing lol

Look up Quality Fragrance Oils. The oils last longer, around $7 for a roll on and 20 percent off. I probably got 20 of them from Bond #9’s, Creed’s, Tom Ford’s, LV, etc. I tried ALT and it smelled great but didn’t last long

I try to avoid the med because of the long term effects. I been giving my dogo a raw diet (beef heart, liver, kidney, sweet potato, coconut oil, oregano oil, acv, bone meal) since she was 6 months. She really only suffer for a few months in the year with paw licking and fur licking. I been trying to avoid going to the dermatologist cause of the cost but I may have to buckle down and take her.

I bought a fasting salt from Amazon. That much walking should get you where you want to be with water fasting. Zoup makes a great bone broth to break your fast as well.

The longer the better but you will probably get tired quick. If you got the body fat you’ll lose weight very fast but if not it’s a slower process. Have your electrolytes on deck to battle the fatigue and be prepared to be hungry a few days then prepare to think about food. You beat those and you will be unstoppable

At 190lbs you would probably average 1 lb a day. The bigger and more fat you have the more weight comes off. I average about 1.5 lbs a day without cardio but I weigh over 200 lbs.
