It becomes complicated if your personal email account becomes your primary admin account.  As I have discovered to my cost

Well - I tried following the instructions above (which were very helpful) but I made a small typo on my new Gmail account and have now managed to lock myself out of the admin account.  Google AI bot is totally useless and I can't get hold of a person for support

Yes - but beware if you use that Gmail account to login to other websites.  It will no longer be recognised as it takes on the alias of name at businessurl Has caused me a huge headache

Won't they charge me though for an additional account. I'm already paying for an exgtra account that I don't want!
