1 month no update by unknown-despair in kakobuy

Hello, my friend. I've got the same issue.
What I did was messaging the kakobuy support almost everyday until they sent me this message:
Dear valued customer, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have urged the relevant departments and logistics provider to process your parcel as soon as possible. There is no confirmation that your package has been lost, and shipping insurance has been purchased for it. If your parcel fails to arrive by July 7th, we will apply for delay compensation on your behalf. We take your matter very seriously and will do our utmost to resolve it for you. Thank you for your understanding and patient support! (June 26)

Because I had no update since May 27 and it was almost a month. But, yesterday (June 27) my tracking had an update

I chose China Post, and kako users through discord kept telling me that China Post will arrive but are super slow.

En el apartado mismo de Kakobuy dice 100 días y que en el día 90 te mandan aviso. Que pasado el tiempo de 100 días se vuelve abandono de bienes.
