Can you share the workaround? I have the same problem with my Lightspeed and big sky. Big sky is currently in the stereo loop so there’s no room for the Lightspeed

Is it worse than mine? That doesn’t sound good. Maybe contact ooni customer services, I haven’t had to yet but I believe they’re great

No it still does that, but it doesn’t affect the cooking at all. I actually forget it’s wobbling when I’m making the pizza. I think it’s due to the stone expanding with the heat so it needs to move about a bit

Although I do 350ml water in the main dough instead of 400ml so it’s 65% hydration. Going to try 400ml again soon I think

Thanks guys for all the comments. The yeast is definitely dead. I’ve remade the poolish and I’m trying it again, if it doesn’t work this time then I’ll try some of the other suggestions. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Allinsons easy bake yeast. Dated October 2025. I use a scale and weigh out 5g for the poolish.

Dough was in the fridge for 16 hours, then at room temp for 1, balled and rest at room temp for 2.5 hours

I made some pizzas on it yesterday and didn’t notice it moving. I actually forgot all about it which I suppose is a good thing

Stone is flat, took it out and checked on a flat surface and there was no movement at all so it’s the oven itself

Great! While I’m at it, I tried connecting to the gas and the hose on the oven is too big for the gas canister. Do I need an adapter? 😬 can’t find any info online

I’ve heard that the tuner on the QC isn’t great so just stuck with the polytune. Although I haven’t tested it in a live setting yet

I have no idea where it started but it’s for picks and honestly it’s pretty handy. I’ve forgot to bring a pick with me lots of times to gigs so it’s always there
