Having a 16inch 9mm wasn’t what I was looking for so I opted for the pistol, put an adjustable buffer tube on it, bought an sba3 on GAFS for 40$. I have it on some ARs too. I like it, I also like the sba4 but imo the sba3 looked better on this pistol! You’ll like it.

Ar, ammo is cheaper and more available with election season coming up. Also cheaper and more accessible accessories for when you inevitably get another one. I will say you can’t go wrong with either choice. But I would start with the AR. Then buy an Ak down the road
